Heart Disease is a major cause of premature death and disability throughout the world. Atherosclerosis is underlying pathology of heart disease in the middle age which is usually advanced during the time symptoms developing from many years. The Sudden occurring heart diseases like Acute coronary events (heart attacks) and cerebrovascular events (strokes) are often fatal before medical care can be given.

Heart diseases are the disorders that affect the heart. Diseases under the heart disease include such as coronary artery disease, heart rhythm problems (arrhythmias), and heart defects i.e. congenital heart defects, Rheumatic heart disease, blood vessel disease. Heart Conferences against the high risk factor modifications creates awareness among the people with cardiovascular disease as well as in those who are at high cardiovascular risk due to one or more risk factors.

Heart failure is a common, costly, and potentially fatal condition. In 2015 it affected about 40 million people globally. Overall around 2% of adults have heart failure and among those over the age of 65, this increases to 6–10%. The risk of death is about 35% which gets decreases to below 10% each year.In United Kingdom the disease is the reason for 5% of emergency hospital admissions.

Myocardial infarction, hypertension (increases the force of contraction) and amyloidosis (in which misfolded proteins are deposited in the heart muscle) are wide number of conditions which reduces the efficiency of the heart muscle causing the heart failure through damage. More over these increases the workload which will produce changes to the heart

Cardiomyopathy is a heart disease that affects the heart muscle, which includes some of the major symptoms such as shortness of breath, feel tired, or have swelling of the legs due to heart failure. Types of cardiomyopathy are hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia, and takotsubo cardiomyopathy (broken heart syndrome).

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is usually inherited in which the heart muscle enlarges and thickens, whereas in dilated cardiomyopathy the weakening and enlargement of ventricles takes palce. The cause is frequently unknown. Dilated cardiomyopathy may also result from alcohol, heavy metals, cocaine use and viral infections. In the Restrictive cardiomyopathy, the ventricles get stiffen and may be caused by amyloidosis, hemochromatosis, and some cancer treatments.

Cardiac surgery is a surgery on the heart or great vessels performed by cardiac surgeons. The complications of ischemic heart disease, congenital heart disease and valvular  heart disease can also be treated through various causes such as endocarditis, rheumatic disease.

Implantable dvices are those used to treat the heart disease over several decades. Implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) – a microcomputer which is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, it is  implanted under the skin of your upper chest area such that  it monitors your heart rate and delivers therapy in the form of small electrical pulses.

A cardiac resynchronization therapy implantable cardioverter defibrillator (CRT-D) is a type of specialized ICD used to treat heart failure. Before surgery, medication is usually given to make you sleepy and comfortable. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia.

Heart disease is the main killer of women, which counts upto 1 women per minute by causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.Women have several misconceptions about heart disease in which may lead to put you at risk. Moreover, the other heart diseases, such as coronary micro vascular disease (MVD) and broken heart syndrome, also pose a risk for women.

These disorders, which mainly affect women, are not as well understood as CHD. Symptoms such as dizziness, palpitations and syncope are frequent complaints encountered by family physicians, internists, and cardiologists. In contrast to these ubiquitous complaints which are generally benign, sudden cardiac death remains an important public health concern.

Ischemia is a condition in which the blood flow is reduced in a part of the body. The term used for the heart problems caused by narrowed heart arteries and  for decreased blood flow, oxygen to the heart muscle known as Cardiac Ischemia,  such  that the less blood and oxygen reaches the heart muscle.

This is also called coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease which ultimately lead to heart attack. In the other conditions, Ischemia often causes chest pain or discomfort known as angina pectoris.

The vascular endothelium cells pharmacology deals with alterations of endothelial cells and the vasculature which play a role in the pathogenesis of a broad spectrum of the most human diseases, as the functioning of endothelial cells is to participate in the maintenance of patent and functional capillaries.
